This platform helped me be fully prepared for my first Ironman at the age of 60, without injury and whenever I had a question the customer support team not only answered, they often followed up. Very impressed!

Using TriDot training, I carved nearly an hour off of my PR at Ironman Oceanside 70.3! Training sessions are personalized based on time trial data, age, and gender, making them completely achievable. A bonus, is the TriDot community support. The athletes and coaches ask questions and give feedback on the Facebook group page, and specific information is available through TriDot podcasts. Definitely worth it!

I have used TriDot to complete both sprint and Ironman distance triathlons over the past 4 years. The training algorithm has kept me injury free and more consistent than anything else I have tried. The software continuously improves with respect to features and interface. I definitely recommend.

TriDot is an excellent training program that is entirely customized to you based on your continual training results. Using TriDot I have set PRs in both the 70.3 and 140.6 distance races. Training with the TriDot program I earned a spot at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship, and at the 140.6 distance I cut more than an hour off my previous best time!! This program simply works, it’s incredible. And I’ve managed to accomplish this all injury free, which is always important, but much more so to an older athlete like me. The staff are great people, with complete integrity and they are there to help their athletes succeed in every way possible. TriDot is the best training platform, period.

Love Tridot! Been using them for years. Not only does the training continue to challenge me and result in faster times, but the community is great as well! It's also nice that there's multiple tiers at which to subscribe so there's something for everyone.

What an amazing application. I have been using this for a little over 2 years now and have less injuries and am faster now then i was in 2015. Great support as well
