Be careful of their billing practices
Be careful of their billing practices. I auto-converted from a 3-month free-trial I wasn't using to a high-tier subscription. I learned 8-9 months later I was being charged $149 a month, and obviously wasn't using their services. No invoicing, no receipts for each payment made (which happens in the middle of a Sunday night). Not shame in not making it right. Not the ethos I'm after.

We are sorry to hear you did not update your subscription at the end of your free training term. We rely on athletes to manage their own accounts and participants are free to cancel their account at any time, for any reason. All participants who apply for the program are started in a 2-week trial, during which they receive all program information explaining the offer, terms of use, billing, and cancellation, prior to deciding whether or not to participate. The program details inform applicants ahead of time that their subscription needs to be canceled if they don’t want to continue after the free period. We also send emails just prior to the end of the free term to remind them to cancel if they wish to end their training. After the 2-week trial period, you opted into the program and activated a subscription. It is unfortunate that your account wasn’t cancelled as instructed in the program details and reminder emails. We have thousands of athletes that participate in this program without issue and regret that this wasn’t your experience!
