The shirt length was too long and wanted to return it. Did everything in the instructions I was supposed to for pictures taken for the return. Sent pictures but still waiting to hear if they’re going to accept the return. No one is answering my emails.

It has now been 20 business days and I still have not received my order. The company states that orders should arrive within 10–20 business days, so they have not upheld that commitment. I emailed customer service to let them know that my order had not arrived and received no response. Instead, I received an email asking me to review the shirts. Well, I can’t review shirts I never received. What I can review is the shipping and customer service experience. When I checked the tracking information myself, it actually showed that the package was “returned to shipper” seven days ago. Yet no one contacted me about the problem, responded to my email, or explained what happens next. Today is October 23. Maybe the advertised delivery window should be 20–30 business days instead of 10–20? At this point, I would simply like someone from the company to respond and either get my order to me or explain what happened.

The sweater is not a wool sweater as it appears in the picture. It's a cheap sweatshirt. It was $50+12. for shipping. Never again will I buy from them!

page stated that T-Shirt printed in the USA, and Orders ship within 7 to 10 business days. Why then did they take nearly a month, AND they were shipped from China?!

I understand that the guide you use for addresses may be current, but they don't cover everything, when a customer gives an address, th we you know more than the guide you use,just listen!!!!
