This company gives conflicting information on shipping timeframes. I asked to cancel the order if I couldn’t receive by a specific date and they did not. They sent an email with the tracking number. The tracking it from China which is also contradictory to their website stating Proudly made in USA. I would not recommend this company.

Can someone please email me back the shirt I received is not the one I ordered it is not a lulu mac sweatshirt
By Kristin A.
The shirt is not a real Lulu Mac. It's polyester and the letters are not stitched on they are more like vinyl. I paid the same price that I would have for a real Lulu Mac shirt and would like to return it for a full refund.

Lettering is cracked and shirt is fake which wasn’t advertised.

I got the item, but it took longer than expected. When I opened it, it looked fine but bigger than expected for an L. I compared it with my other jerseys that I normally buy L, and it's much bigger. I tried to get it exchanged with the vendor, and they refused, giving me all sorts of excuses: do not buy from them, they won't work with you, they lack customer support

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS - I ordered a t-shirt and it was the lowest quality shirt I've ever seen in my life. The image on the shirt was AI generated and the shirt fabric was damn near like plastic. To add insult to injury, the price of the shirt was $44. Extremely overpriced. This company is a scam.

Ordered a "Foo Fighters" Hawaiian shirt. From a distance it looks great, once you get within 5 feet or so you see that it actually says "FIGHORS". I reached out to them and their response says they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I provided pictures of everything they required on the return/refund policy and have yet to hear back 3-4 days later. I ordered this shirt on 9/19, received it on 10/1 and immediately reached out to them. It's now 10/7.
