This trip was for three days including a Abba show. Around five weeks before the trip the Abba concert was cancelled this was a real disappointment. We were give the option of a refund , tickets for the abba concert the day before or the holiday rebooking. I had issues with communicating with the company so I contacted the London tour company who were putting the transport together for the abba concert. They confirmed the concert had been cancelled.They informed me the option to attend the day before but the timings were too early. ( The times for the new show were never communicated) I asked the travel tour company for travel compendiums phone number. I tried to call this but found out the company is based on America. I then phoned the crown plaza the hotel we were supposed to be staying at imagine my shock when they said they had no booking in my name. I was now very worried, however it turned out they had booked the rooms using my first name and the surname of my friend who I was traveling with. Well we went to London had a great time and was refunded the Abba money so all was well in the end.

My friend and I booked the abba voyage/hotel package on 18-20 feb. The hotel was good and we were looking forward to the abba show. A bus was included to get us to the show and back with evans and evans - this is when everything went wrong!! We were stuck in traffic for over 2 hours and missed most of the show we only seen the last 1/2 hour which was a big disappointment as this was the whole point of the trip!!! I felt this could have been avoided if they had offered to let us off the bus and go by tube we would have then made it in time for the show!! Apparently we have been told you will be in touch to offer a refund but so far haven’t had any emails from you. No amount will be enough for our distress and upset at missing the show which we paid £300!each for this package from your company!! I await your reply Carole taylor from glasgow
