Love products. Recently came out with vanilla bean protein. I was excited. Unfortunately, it tastes more like watered down French vanilla. Bummer. Guess I’ll go back to French vanilla. Otherwise, great all around.

They claimed to be transparent but EVERY item contains Natural Flavors!!! Tasted so gross too and avoid the coffee unless you like chunks in it

I’m very sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the products or flavors you received. I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund for your order. We do offer a number of options for customers who prefer to avoid natural flavors altogether, including unflavored Creatine, Whey Protein, Collagen, and other products throughout our lineup. We also offer Cocoa and Vanilla Bean protein options that do not contain natural flavors, and our Protein+ Bars. For the products that do contain natural flavors, those flavors are derived from naturally occurring sources such as fruits, plants, and spices and are used to help create the intended taste without relying on artificial flavoring. That said, we completely understand that some customers prefer to avoid natural flavors entirely, and we appreciate you sharing the feedback. If you ever decide to give us another try, our team would be happy to help point you toward options that better fit what you’re looking for. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered collagen peptides - flavor caramel, received on a Sunday (unfortunately the flavor was not for me), and by Tuesday after contacting customer service they had already had a new unflavored shipment headed my way. They now have a customer for life! It feels great to be appreciated and valued as a customer and Transparent Labs demonstrates that from start to finish!

I’m really sorry for the frustration and for the experience you’ve had trying to get this resolved. I’ve gone ahead and confirmed that your subscription has now been cancelled, so there will be no further subscription renewals. We’ve also refunded your two most recent orders. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take a few business days for those funds to appear back on your original payment method. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Extremely responsive, helpful, friendly, collaborative and customer centric. Wish more companies would take a cue from TL.

They ship to slowly, their shipping is ridiculous compared to other companies like them and they charge shipping that would allow much faster. Overpriced and think they are bigger than the game like so many supplement companies in the past that are no longer going concerns.

I was not satisfied with the initial product I purchased. The customer service team, specifically Matthew, was so helpful with replacing the product so I could try a different variation that I might enjoy. Regardless of whether the new product works out, I give the customer service 5 starts

I made a mistake with the ship to Address. Kiera and her team assisted me and made sure I was completely taken care of. Great and prompt customer service. Thanks Kiera!
