Absolutely awful company !!! Just don’t bother !! Parcel has been delivered to completely the wrong address !!! They put the wrong address on my parcel . An address that doesn’t exist. I have provided evidence to them to prove that it’s not my address and now it’s been 6 weeks and still no solution ! They will not take responsibility for their mistake. The customer service is an absolute joke !! No answers just telling me the same thing over and over and over !

They claim my order has been delivered but I have not received anything. Every time I advise them of this fact they send me the same automatic email asking me to make a claim. I have done this now three times and still they claim it has been delivered via yet another automatic reply. Terrible service and completely unreliable. The prices appear excellent but if the item ordered does not arrive it's just a scam

Terrible customer service and courier negligence! Order 70271283. The courier from Parcelforce left my package in an unsecured open garage of a completely wrong house down the street, and it was stolen. Tradeinn customer support (Marius) keeps sending me automated copy-pasted templates telling me to "look behind a bush" and refuses to open an official non-delivery investigation. I have already filed an official complaint with Parcelforce (Enquiry 13193925). Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to my hands. Avoid this shop! They will ignore you if your parcel is lost by their courier!

I ordered a pair of $200 sunglasses from the US. The website was in English and during checkout it said nothing about international shipping. So I thought I was ordering from the US. I paid extra for expedited shipping using ups. When I get a confirmation email I see the package is coming from Spain. Ok whatever. When UPS gets the package 5 days later I get a notice from them saying there is an additional import fee of $50. What? Now the glasses are $250. Wtf? No warning that this might be a possibility. I've ordered from overseas before and never been charged an extra $50 to receive my package. So I look at my return options. They want another $50 to send the package back to Spain. Suddenly I'm in for$300. So I refuse the return charge and am told if I do not pay it tradeinn will but they will deduct it from my refund minus the restocking fee which is $80. Wtf? So I have no choice but to pay the extortion... Ahem. The import fee. Or I'll be paying $130 to get nothing. Wtf? Avoid this nightmare.

I ordered a hardcopy of a book and was only delivered a PDF. Support told me that I ordered the PDF. I showed them a screenshot, showing how I selected hardcopy and it was not clear upon checkout that it was not a hardcopy and PDF. They refused to refund my money or even off me a store credit. I never would have paid that money for a PDF (not even an epub version) of a book.
