I wanted to like this provider.. I really did

I want to like this provider, I really did. I bought the $100 USD / month package for the low latency futures trading solution, but I didn't realize that meant I could still lose connection to the market for 6 hours in the middle of the night. Six hours of downtime ! Contacting customer service means listening to the same trope about their data centre, network quality while "Mandy" insists that what I experienced was an individual issue that I should reach out to resolve with Rithmic. Pray tell - what is stopping you from reaching out to a third party for verification on your service level? Are you just two guys with a laptop charging hundreds of dollars for reselling AWS or Azure cloud services? For the record you are a bridge, not an island. No one pays a cloud service hundred of dollars so they can stay isolated. Connecting the traffic from your customer to the necessary endpoints is well within the scope of your service and you are only helping yourselves by investigating a gap in your connectivity. My broker Aprex trading contracts thousands if not tens of thousands of traders (you can review their score here too) so when they say they have no reported issues with connectivity I trust them as I continue to do so in other VPS that has no issue with Rithmic. I have filed the ticket. You have got your reply. This is business. It’s time you get to work. Your flagging my review and getting defensive won’t solve your technical problem and no customer should have to pay to help you, much less with that entitled attitude.

Hi Thomas, We understand your issue and also highlighted that there aren't outage nor downtime on our server. If we had an outage, VPS will be inaccessible. However you are able to access into the VPS but connection to your Rithmic were down. As mentioned Rithmic is a 3rd party platform and we are not liable for any downtime due to such platform connectivity since it is beyond our control. This goes the same for MT4, MT5, cTrader and Ninjatrader whereby it is being hosted by many different brokerage and we are not in control of their uptime. Nonetheless our team reached out to Rithmic and ATF on behalf for you and cc'ed you in the loop since you are reluctant to open a support ticket with them. No company will go so far to assist a third party issue raised by a client, but we did it for you out of goodwill. Hope you see the level of service we are offering despite false statement are pointing towards us. Thank you. Follow Up: We opened a ticket with ATF, however we were told by ATF that for them to open an investigation on the network issue, it require Thomas to personally open a ticket with the connection loss information for them to investigate further. However, client is unwilling to open a ticket with them. We are unable to proceed further to determine the connection loss on the trading account while VPS remain accessible. We continued with our support but was told to stop communication with ATF. We also highlighted the fact that our VPS was accessible during the loss connection period. Thus if there are any outage on our VPS, VPS/RDP access will not be accessible. Nonetheless we clarified, explained and shown data that there wasn't network issue on our end but to no avail. We are also available 24/7 if you need us to assist you in this matter again. 2nd Follow Up on 5th April: Rithmic responded no reports of an outage were found on 3/27 and checking if it is application outage on ATF instead.
