Hi GJ, Our support team have open a ticket for you right now to assist you. In future, you can reach us at [email protected] or our live chat on our website: www.tradingfxvps.com for immediate assistance. It will be slower to reach us on review section although we responded within 20 minutes here whereas you could have reach us within 1 minute on live chat. We are also available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. Updates: It was found that you had issue with your local network and your Mac goes to sleep mode after a few hours which disconnection the remote session to the VPS. However, this doesn't mean our VPS goes offline. Your trading operation in the VPS continue running without any intervention regardless your Macbook is turned off or on. We hope this clarify and clear this misunderstanding.
