Hello Leo! Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to leave a positive review!
My most recent experience with the helpdesk was great. They were very responsive, and could communicate with me even when I was away from the chat.

Hey Frank! Thank you so much for this positive review! I am so happy to hear that our team delivered great and prompt support!
I am a non-techie, no investment/trade experience newbie and Kody was so sweet and patient with me. He answered anything I had the knowledge to ask. Much more has come up since then. Lol It may have been before August 8th but you don't allow a span below.

I talked to two different agents with questions about executing an option trade and neither one had a clue about it. Both of them had trouble with their telephone conversation skils. When I left a message for the person they thought I should talk to, he responded with a dismissive tone and did not help me understand what I needed to know about trading options. I did not speak to him directly, he left a voice mail. This was at least a month ago or better so I do not remember their names.

I joined Fire Trader in June 2023. Lifetime subscription.15 recommendations (9 down and 6 up) later i am -1% on my portfolio. Mediocre results! What was your promise again? Plus, your back-up team does not reply in a timely fashion.

I have been part of Traders Agency for over a year and have been in most of Richard Jorden's classes. He is an outstanding instructor that cares about us learning the proper ways to future trade. Meaning doing top down analysis and taking our time in trades to make sure we are making money. I have nothing but high praise for the whole Traders Agency Staff.
