Professionalism and polite

I initially approached the book publishing process with some hesitation, as I had never written a book before and was unfamiliar with what to expect. After discovering Book Publisher House, I spent several weeks researching the company before ultimately deciding to move forward with them. From the beginning, the team was responsive and eager to get started on my project. Whenever errors or revisions were needed, they addressed and corrected them promptly. I especially appreciated the consistent communication, quick responses to my questions, and the professionalism and kindness shown throughout the process. Although I had hoped to have my book published sooner, I recognize and appreciate the time, effort, and cooperation that everyone put into bringing my vision to life. Overall, my experience with Book Publisher House was a positive one, and I am grateful for the team's support in helping me navigate my first publishing experience. I would encourage other first-time authors to do their research, ask questions, and consider Book Publisher House as they begin their own publishing journey.

I enjoyed working with Raymond. He came through with what we agreed on for illustrations. I also Like the title he came up with for my book. Job well done.

Working with Max and Jennifer at Book Publisher House on my first book, Living in a Borrowed World, was an important part of my journey as a first-time author. Jennifer was patient, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she took the time to respond and help me understand the next steps. Publishing your first book can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time, and I appreciated having someone who understood how meaningful this project was to me. Seeing my manuscript become a published book was a very special moment. Thank you, Max and Jennifer, for your support and for helping me bring my dream into the world.

I must admit that I was a little apprehensive trusting an on-line publishing firm. I’ve been burned in the past and my trust level was pretty low. This said, Nila was wonderful in walking me through the process and helping put me at ease. I was so impressed with her and the company’s work that I decided to have them develop, not one but three of my book covers. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting their book designed and published.

Working with Jennifer and her team at Book Publisher House was one of the most rewarding parts of my publishing journey for Midnight Crossings. From our very first conversation, Jennifer built an atmosphere of trust—a quality that became the foundation for every step we took together. Trusting someone with your creative vision and the story that means so much to you is no small thing, but Jennifer and her team honored that trust at every turn. Their efficiency and proactive approach made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless and even exciting. Whenever a question arose or a challenge appeared, Jennifer and her colleagues were already two steps ahead, offering solutions and encouragement. They were always available, always attentive, and always treated my book as if it were their own. What truly stood out was how invested they were—not just in the technical aspects of publishing, but in the heart of the story and my experience as an author. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine enthusiasm made all the difference. Thanks to Jennifer and her team, Midnight Crossings is not only a dream realized, but a book I am proud to share with the world. If you are searching for a publisher you can trust, who will champion your voice and go above and beyond to bring your story to life, I cannot recommend Book Publisher House—and Jennifer—highly enough. Their support was instrumental, and I will always be grateful for their partnership on this journey.

Nila and her team have been patient and understanding about my passions and getting them down on paper. I enjoy speaking with her about up coming books and hearing her say nice things about my book. thank you Rhonda Gillilan

I am beyond excited to see my work come to life. I was really confused on who to trust my work to, and Raymond made everything easy for me to comprehend. He made sure to explain, he was never in a rush even though it was after my work hours that was close to being late. I truly believe that people who love what they do are the best guides for people like me who need guidance and reassurance. I am grateful to be working with such an amazing person and I wish people were more like him, empathetic, understanding, guiding and always ready to help regardless. Thank you once again.
