Thank you so much for your feedback! Ensuring your application goes smoothly is our top priority, and we look forward to supporting you again
We enjoyed working with TrademarkTok on our trademark application. They helped us respond properly to the USPTO office action, and as a result, our trademark application was approved and published. The consultant, Mr. Bob Davis, was prompt and clear in all of our email communications. We highly recommend their services. Holy Temple Hair and Body Care, LLC

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We greatly appreciate your trust in TrademarkTok, and we’re honored to receive your high recommendation. Congratulations on your approved trademark!
⭐ 1-Star Review: No Progress, No Communication – Feeling Scammed I used TrademarkTok to file two trademark applications (Order #S2504041538 and #S2504045896 ) and renew a trademark (Order #RN0404263 ) on April 4th, 2025. Despite paying upfront, I have received: Zero updates on my applications. No responses to inquiries. No progress shown on their portal. It’s been weeks with no communication, and I’m now questioning whether this is a legitimate service or a scam. If there’s a delay, they should at least inform customers proactively. Avoid until they prove otherwise—I regret trusting them with my trademarks and will escalate this legally if unresolved.

Libeth (TrademarkTok support) responded within 12 hours and immediately addressed my inquiry and status. I felt reassured it was a real person on the other end and my specific trademark issue was being addressed. On top of this, she looked online for "use of trademark' and found it, prior to my needing to sent material. I was impressed. This is the service I will use from now on.

Quick response, thorough, and helpful with the process. We are still waiting for our Trademark Renewal status, but they have been very supportive so far.

Cost of the services reasonable when you don't want to tackle the patent and trademark website with all of its endless questions and multiple screens. And the seemingly innumerable steps to renew.
