I sent in 2 to of the line Samsung phones for trade-in. I did a lot of comparisons. TradeInMyTrade by far has the best trade-in prices. I shipped both phones to their Chicago office with the free shipping label. Within 2 days they told me they got my phones and are evaluating them. It supposed to take 2-3 days. Somehow a week has passed and no news. I contacted them via their web/online email tool. No responses. I tried to call their Chicago office number. No one picked up the phone. I tried emailing them by responding to the original email that they sent me. Finally after close to 10 days, they emailed me that they accepted all my phones with full prices as quoted. Within hours the money is paid via. Zella. They could be a little bit quicker and more responsive. At the end they still got it done and the price that quoted. Overall I am still happy and satisfied.

I submitted the initial form as best as I could based on the descriptions they had listed for the condition of the item. My quote was dropped significantly, $100, but I either had to accept or pay return shipping. I accepted the offer to avoid being out more money, but I will choose another company in the future before wasting my time.

It was easy and quick process with fair offer.

The Trade-In was grate but PayPal tool them three days to release the money and they charged me $100 as a legal robbery

Straight forward, efficient, and thorough. The initial bidding and shipping process were easy. Note, however, that the standards for quality are quite high (as they should be). The inspection of my iPad took a bit longer than three business days but was very thorough. They noticed (and sent pictures of) a couple of small dents and that I had included the wrong cable (oops!). The initial bid therefore was revised down slightly but still quite acceptable (and better than competitors). Payment was rapid and straightforward. I would send them my used tech again!

They were quick, and payment was very fast. Did get less than the original offer by $100 but was still a fair deal i think.
