Probably a scam website
I ordered my toy and unfortunately the address was incomplete, they didn't have my apartment number. The company never ever responded, not even once, not through text, email, website, Instagram, or phone call. Luckily the carrier responded. The carrier sent me a ton of resources but they eventually realized the package was now lost and told me I needed to contact the company in order to get a refund. Well that's not happening because toyland never reached out. I see that toylandeu has all the requirements to be labeled a legitimate store, but I wouldn't risk it. There's no way to tell if the reviews are real. Their Instagram page has zero engagement and there is no way to verify if the followers are real or bots. Seems fishy, and I'm out $100. Always buy directly from a brand site. I have screenshots and evidence of the failure of my delivery, my information for contacting is (726) 203-2132 and email at Edit: There are several reviews that are negative where toyland responded unprofessionally. Unfortunately toyland needs a PR team because I don't understand that response. I took full accountability for imputing the wrong address, in all of the attempts I made to reach out to toyland and their carrier I never once blamed them for my incomplete address. Putting the address in wrong was not a complaint I made to them, and I hope that is clear. What is their problem is their terrible customer service response time. I would hope that they had a solution for when customers put the wrong address. To be clear, I didn't put an address that meant the package was delivered to a destination out of their control, like someone else's house or something, the carrier took it back to the warehouse and asked me to update the address so they could redeliver the package, which was through a link that didn't work. The carrier is a Wonderful customer service company and responded fast and sympathetically, even though it was my fault, and they also too full accountability that they lost the package. I am upset with toyland for not being attentive and only responding after I wanted my money back, and responding rudely at that. I'd be okay without a refund if the package was re-sent to me, either found or new, but I'm sure they won't.

Graciella, Im very sorry for your experience. We ship to the address you put in when you order. We do not make changes. We do not guess. We assume the customer knows their address. Once you order, the items are picked (usually unless custom items) and staged within an hour. Then they are picked up by the couriers. Once labels are printed, couriers are in possession, we have no recourse. We cannot change addresses. We cannot stop shipments. We cannot divert shipments. We dont understand why you're so angry with us when you provided your own incorrect address. We are more than willing to help in these situations, but now you've left 2 bad reviews all because you entered your own address incorrectly. And, no we do not work weekends or holidays as we are a family run company and make sure that our staff (parents!) Enjoy time with their children. What would you like us to do?
