Reliable shop with highly sincere customer support when issues arise.
I have purchased figures and parts from 77figure multiple times, and it is a shop I truly trust. Recently, due to a minor oversight regarding a pre-order item (Fury Toys diorama), the item temporarily went out of stock. However, upon contacting them, Mr. Ou promptly checked the situation and quickly sourced an alternative stock within China to fulfill my order. Human errors can happen anywhere, but their quick and sincere follow-up truly proved how reliable they are. Their product selection and usual customer service are excellent, and I will definitely continue to use 77figure as one of my favorite shops!
