Awful customer care experience
Awful customer care experience with Townhouse. Townhouse have sent me email reminders for an appointment costing over £200 and when I log into my profile there is no appointment to cancel. I then have tried to remove my bank card and they say it's being held for a future appointment. An appointment I haven't even got (or booked may I add) on the system. There is clearly an error. You'd expect after ringing their customer care you would have a speedy solution. I have called over 5 times and have been cut off each time. These calls have spanned 20 mins each. I have sent an email to Townhouse and I'm yet to receive a response. This is such poor poor customer experience!
