I have used total tax for years now. High quality work that doesn't break my pocket book. They are always knowledgeable about tax laws, and new tax laws that get enacted every year. They take the time to explain things that make a big difference on my taxes. I have never got their work back late. They do work for me and my growing business. No complaints here.

Total tax is always willing to answer our questions in a timely response. We had an issue where we claimed my son and he also claimed himself. Total tax walked us through the process to correct the issues. When a refund check was still sent by the IRS that was not meant to be they again helped us 2 months later.

Total Tax is the most reliable tax service I've ever used. They are available year round for tax questions and always respond in a timely manner. Even during tax season, their turn around time is incredible. The entire staff is always personable and professional, I would highly recommend them!

I have been a client of total tax for 10 years and have a great deal of confidence that they know what they are doing. We operate a tree farm in northern Idaho as well as a small consulting business and our CPA with total tax return has also done an excellent job preparing of tax return acurrately and in a timely manner. They have also always been easily available if I have question any time of the year, even during the busy tax season.

Our CPA, Tamar is the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fast when it comes tax time. We continue to drive to her office every year, if not to take taxes, than pick up, just to be able to say HI and Thanks... Your have a super person working for you..... Thanks for the option to give our opinion....
