Total Tax, IncReviews of totaltaxinc.com

My family has used Total Tax Return for about 5 years now and have always experienced fast friendly service from everyone in the office. One year we had a family emergency and with a quick email an extension was filed for me with no questions or hesitation, when we returned in May we met with the staff and they took care of us and met our needs 100%.

Total Tax has prepared my taxes for over 10 years. We have investments in multiple states, so .....the task would be far too daunting for me. I have relied on them for accuracy and full knowledge of tax laws.

Until a few years ago, we filed our own taxes using Turbo Tax. A friend mentioned they didn't have much stress at tax time because they had Total Tax prepare their taxes. We gave it a try and have been with Total Tax ever since. I can't imagine going back to our old ways. The personal and efficient way we are treated by Total Tax assures that we will be with them for a long time. All we need to do now is get our documentation together on a thumb drive and bring it in. Total Tax does the rest. I've always been able to get responses to any questions even outside of tax season. Total Tax provides great service and we appreciate it.

I would Recommend Total Tax to anyone! Tamar is very responsive as is the whole team! We are Late Submitters and they always fit us in and make sure they have what they need even if it means additional phone calls and emails. They send out the previous years information to help you fill out everything. Very professional!

The thing I appreciate about Tamar the most is that she will take and answer phone calls and emails even when it is pesky relatives whose accountants have a differing idea about things. She is thorough, reliable, knowledgable and I highly recommend her.

I would highly recomend Total Tax! We are in Azizona during tax season and Tamar and her crew are very professional handling my return. They make it so easy for me to fill out the very thorough questionnaire and answer any questions I may have, in a very timely manner. I give them an A++

I have used Total Tax for 18 years! I trust their knowledge on all types of tax preparation and will continue to use their services. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy tax company.

Total Rockstars! Saved me over $60K!! Don’t make my mistake – hire these guys the first time! A combination of constant travel for work and a divorce sent me down a pattern of ignoring my taxes for years until I got a letter from the IRS saying I had 30 days before they were going to start taking the money from my bank account. I freaked out and called the first place I heard on the radio – BIG MISTAKE! 2 months and $1,500 later - nothing - couldn’t even get them to call me back! So I looked online and found all the complaints I should have found the first time. My 2nd and far more thorough search led me to Total Tax – WOW - night and day! I talked to Becky – she is amazing, I was freaking out and she calmed me down, asked about my situation and explained what I could expect. I waited for the “We just need your credit card to get started…” speech, but it never came. She had my complete confidence from the first time I talked to her. Still, having partially paid the other place I cringed at the prospect of having to start all over, but the fee plus what I had already paid was LESS than the total fee at the first company! What?! No brainer – been super happy each step of the way. They actually call me and send regular updates – what a concept! Becky and Lorraine are always on top of it and their constant attention to everything has kept me at ease. Of course the best part was getting the news my settlement is being approved!! From nightmare to dream! CALL THESE GUYS!!
