Good products and good quality, all my SDD are Toshiba, thank you

I bought a Toshiba SSD which worked fine until a power cut occurred, the security lock came into force and I cannot remove it. after repeated emails to @"customer services " no reply. I have bought a lot of Toshiba products in the past and having this poor Toshiba customer serices worries me and I will probebly look elsewhere. Devcent ssd but no aftercare. M Ladyman

I am trying to contact Toshiba to download a driver that does not exist on its website for my laptop model, something that I do not already explain beforehand. I can't get in touch with any human being. And I, as a human being that I am, have already made the decision not to buy any product of this company again 😤

mon bon vieux laptop Toshiba, acheté en Mai 2012, tient toujours. excellent investissement, comparé à d'autres marques acquises dans l'entretemps. (2eme PC ou PC pro par exemple)

Je vous confirme le remboursement par chèque de votre TOSHIBA TV d’un montant de 299.95 euro. Bon, le délai est super long 10 jours, mes c'est en cours. 27 euro qui non pas été rembourser. +3/4 euro phone. Vous pouvez largement faire mieux.

All that probably somewhat tries to compete with Chinese brands, for that you really need to make some effort as you can really see. I am still somewhat happy with my old Toshiba laptop but I do assume it's just not that good of what it used to be.

Je pensais avoir fait une affaire avec ma TV Toshiba. Hélas, de gros problèmes de communication et d'accès à l'assistance sur le net. Le système ne reconnaissait pas mon modèle. Puis ils n'étaient pas au courant de des sévices iptv, l'application d'ailleurs présentait un problème sur la TV. Actuellement j'ai besoin de l'adresse MAC et ils demandent pourquoi. Franchement c'est de la pure débilité. Une société où je n'achèterai plus rien de ma vie.
