I sent an inquiry about an LED barn light that failed after 3 years of great performance. My inquiry was to understand if this was the normal life of this product. I received an immediate response from customer service agent Italia. I was asked to describe the circumstances and answer questions about the light installation. I provided answers and a video of the installation. Italia came back with some follow up questions and informed my that this light has a 5 year warranty. I felt that Italia was working in my interest and it was really nice to have an actual person in this communication. In the end, I am waiting on a replacement for my original barn light. Bravo and kudos to Italia and thank you Torchstar for having real customer service agents.

I ordered two night lights, one worked the other stayed on 24/7. Italia was very helpful. She confirmed the problem through a short video and sent a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. Thorough customer service and a very friendly and helpful agent.

absolutely perfect customer service, ITALIA was my service rep and i couldn't be more pleased ordered this for my safe and didn't get to it for a few months. once i did, i found the motion sensor was not working. after chatting with ITALIA for a little bit, they are having my replacement parts sent. Italia saved the day!!!!

I had an issue with one of my new spots having power but not working. After reaching out to TorchStar customer support they suggested I trace backward. Working with them to identify the issue made finding the issue easier. Their help was great. Will continue to use these lights with a reassurance of support when needed.
