beautiful product! i got a USMC rug for my veteran friend it came as was described, gorgeous velvet rug great craftsmanship would have been 5stars if it wasn't for the poor packaging!! rug was folded&crammed in a small box had to get it steamed to get creases out! other than that very satisfied!

I wanted a customized product. The Company went all out in communicating with me and accommodating my changes and requests. The finished product was manufactured and shipped quickly, was well made and had a perfect finish.

Customer service is impeccable! Emma was the agent you served me and she gave awesome service. Product quality was great! Better than I expected for the price. I have to take away one star for the shipping company (uniuni) which provides very limited tracking and no delivery options. Carpets also come folded which is cheaper to deliver, but not the best for the product. The staff was very helpful to provide tips to remove folds and wrinkles.

I ordered a pair of Trump gold sneakers. I needed them by a certain date. At first I was told that they couldn't ship in time, but when I explained that time was of the essence, I had them in 2 days. Thanks for accomodating my request.
