I’m down $160 AUD and far from happy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased two sets of right angle clamping tools for a specific project I was working on. Delivery took a little longer than I’d hoped however when to product arrived I was keen to get started. Unfortunately, the thread in the clamping bolts was a smaller size than the thread on the clamping pins… this meant the product was completely unusable. I contacted the supplier and emailed through a short movie of the issue. Days passed, they then offered me a 50% discount. I rejected this as the clamps are 100% unusable. These clamps were not cheep, I’m down $160 AUD and far from happy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
