I bought 2 white shirts from Tom Hollinger it arrived late the quality was not as good as i thought. The do not respond to emails in time and i have been waiting to return it but i do not get a return address. I refused an offer of a 100% discount on another shopping session

Very poor service and quality - I ordered a small and medium size cardigan and two mediums arrived. The colour was not khaki as defined but beige / caramac. The draconian returns policy requires you to post tracked back to China at a prohibitive cost. Emailed customer service but they failed to reply. Buyer be very aware.

I would give them zero. Absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER. Very slow response to complaints. Still not refunded my money months later. Avoid avoid avoid.

UK Warning. Although dressed up to look 'British/US', this company sends its items from China, and these took 10 working days to arrive. My order went to the wrong house (according to the photo evidence from the courier) and I was told the delivery was complete and therefore I had no recourse other than to contact the courier. It took about 20 emails and 5 weeks to get the point across that they were contravention the 2015 Consumer Rights Act before they eventually paid a refund. I will never use this company again.

Please do not order anything with this company, the item you order will not be what you ordered and also it will not fit as the sizes are incorrect. You cannot get any response from their customer services so you will be stuck with the item and also you will not get a refund, Avoid at all costs.

This company is a con. The email address doesn't exist. I have to pay to return to China ,WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS. The product is of very inferior quality and I am feeling rather stupid for not looking into this firm more closely. Please Do NOT buy from this company.

Similar to other reviews, purchased some shoes online thinking this was a slightly higher end brand then when the confirmation came through with tracking info realised there was no timeline on delivery which rang alarm bells. Checked reviews and realised I'd made a mistake. 7 days and 3 emails to their customer services later to cancel stating uk consumer rights to a full refund no response other than what was clearly a bot asking for more info and photos regarding my issue with the item, and no update as to when the order will be shipped if at all. Should have paid by credit card so I could claim the money back.

The Jacket was of good quality but the sizing was way out I ordered 3 XL for my partner and it just about fitted my daughter in law who is tall but not large I haven’t sent it back because I am unsure of the correct size to order and as returns are not free I don’t want to risk this process many times
