Ordered a Jacket online. The quality is terrable, real Chinese rubbish. Ordered an XL, it's at best a medium. Being told we have to return to China to get a refund, despite ordering from Germany. This company are basically a Chinese rip-off site. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Stupidly didn't read these reviews before buying. There was no movement past the purchase for days so I googled them, found these reviews and decided to cancel. Since it's within 14 days and not with the shipment company yet they should be able to do this instead they offered me a 15% discount and refused to cancel the order. I've been emailing them back quoting the law on distance selling and they continuously refused to cancel the order or adhere to the law, I honestly don't even think they're reading the emails they're sending generic replies back to me. Going through my credit card company now to get the refund and refused delivery at the door with royal mail. It's weeks late as well. They say they're based in America yet the parcel comes from China and they seem to take off Chinese labels at Hounslow before passing it to Royal Mail. They have clearly have no respect for the law or their customers and I'm concerned there may be other dodgy practice going on here as well with the shipping labels situation.

Avoid at all costs!!! A sham of a company, they should be ashamed of themselves!! They definitely don’t deserve any star at all. The jumper I sent for was totally different to the one I ordered and cost £39 how I wish I’d read the reviews first!! And I dread to think of the cost to return it to China! Shame on you Tom Hollinger!

The pictures do not describe the product properly. Shocking quality. Do not bother I wouldn’t give their products to my worst enemy. They respond but they do not want to give a refund. The hoodies we ordered look like something you would wear on a building site with the bright orange trimmings. Luckily I can afford a slip up but DO NOT FALL FOR FALSE ADVERTISING!!! BEWARE !!

The quality of the sweater I bought was very poor could be described as cheap and nasty. The garment was described as oversized and was tight on me a smallish size 14. I would never purchase anything again from this company. The returns process is difficult and the carriage to CHINA has to be paid by the returned. Absolute rubbish. KEEP AWAY.

AVOID any dealings with this Scam company. Ordered £69 XL jacket, they delivered small to medium size. It came from China, refused to supply correct size, unless I returned wrong one at my cost - they have no return policy. 100% breach of Sale of Goods regulations. I have raised issue with Paypal for this rip off company.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Obviously a scam company. Made an order, cancelled it within 2 hrs which I'm entitled to do as per the t&C's. Ignored my request, sent item anyway. Took one month to arrive. Continue to ignore my requests for return and refund. Additionally quality of item is terrible. Stay well clear.

Like many others, I wish I had read these reviews first, but I honestly thought I was buying from a reputable company - wrong. I ordered my son a grey/blue sweat shirt. What I got was peacock blue, and absolutely nothing like the colour I ordered. I waited over 4 weeks for this bit of tat to be delivered from China, I might have known it was going to be cheap and nasty. At this stage I think I will just count my loss of £35, it sounds like this company make it difficult to get a refund. They should NOT be trading. Absolutely disgusting Company. AVOID AT ALL COST.
