Do not purchase anything from this "company" awful customer service and returns are a joke, they will try to offer you discount to keep the item, as you have to send it back to some house in China, I'm still waiting for a refund for £69 for a jacket sent back 2 months ago. Not worth the hassle, Item poor quality and not as described. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a jacket, two weeks later, nothing like the image looks as though it's been worn before stain and loose stitching and two sizes small after constant emails to them , eventually told to return to China at my expense, constant pestering them offered me 20% refund, if only I had read the reviews I would have touched them with chopsticks, Buyers beware of this outfit this the only negative review I have put on trust pilot, I gave one star for the cheek of them saying they have a customer care- less; .

Ordered 2 jackets 2nd March. Only received them yesterday. Wrong size, terrible quality and sent from China. Had tried cancelling the order almost straight after ordering after seeing bad reviews as in the terms and conditions it says a full refund will be given if cancelled within 24 hours. Received an email a day later saying order has already been shipped. Offered me a 30% refund 'fina offer' but now they are ignoring me. Expect me to send the items all the way back to China for a refund at my own expense

This obviousy is a second rate company order a black short sleeve summer shirt took several weeks to arrive and when it did the labels had been cut out not giving the size i ordered large and recieved a medium please stay well clear to avoid disappointment

I purchased 2 pairs of linen shorts. They took weeks to arrive and were a total disaster! The fit was nothing like the images the company presented, the fabric was utter rubbish and so thin you could almost see through it. It was virtually impossible to return the items and they continued haggling with me for about 7 days. In the end I gave up and accepted an offer of a 20% refund if I kept them which I accepted and promptly threw the items in the bin! It's too expensive to send them back to China and they know this of course. BEWARE of this company, total Chinese scammers!

All my order arrived in perfect condition and just as i was expecting fitted perfectly but i might have to shorten the legs slightly. One small Hiccup was when i was kept in the dark? at the beginning, i got no info on the progress or anything at all. I did think I mught have been scammed,! Fortunately every thing went OK. THANK YOU Bill Astle
