Dont order if you want something quick or reasonable. Ordered 9th june finally got dispatched 18th june. Then told 10 to 12 working days for delivery. Emailed them and they said there doing there best. Order elsewhere, still waiting it's now the 7th of July still no delivery, says it's on its way. Been saying that for over 5 weeks. Just delivered totally different t shirt. Not even wearable cheap crap.

I only gave 1 review because there is no option to give ZERO !!!! SCAM COMPANY !!! Hi I returned a jacket in December 2025. It is now the 22nd of June 2026. I had to return it to China at my own cost of £26.00. I emailed Tom Hollinger every few weeks re my returned order as it was still at customs in China. Guess what ??? I have just recieved the item delivered back to my home adress !!!! Royal mail have advised me that this is because the package has been sitting at customs in China for months & Tom Hollinger did not collect it !!!! So I purchased a jacket at £85.00. I paid £26.00 to return it & I now have the jacket back !!!! You do not specify on your website that orders will have to be returned to China at your own cost & you certainley do not specify that if you do have to return an item that you will never get your money back !!!! SCAM COMPANY !!!! DO NOT ORDER !!!!

Same as many on here. I bought shoes, they sent the wrong size but won’t give me a refund unless I send them back to china at my own expense. IT’S A SCAM!

Well I thought I was buying a UK product but it turned out was dodgy Chinese import sizing all wrong no decent house If you want to return it will need to be posted at your expense to China Sites should have to say where they are based I would never knowingly buy those using single parcel tax dodge Live and learn

Fraud. Items terrible quality not as advertised or fit for purpose. XL clothing would fit a 6 year old

I do not think I have had such a bad experience with a company than this. It took so long for the shoes to arrive. I was constantly chasing them up. When they eventually did arrive they sent the wrong size. I have asked how I return them. I have just had an email to say I have to pay for the return as they no longer follow their returns policy ? I am Very annoyed, and frustrated. Note to self come on Trustpilot and read the reviews before buying anything . That's £40 lost. I would rather give to charity.
