Ordered a pair of shoes. It took quite some time to arrive and when they did the quality was awful (i.e. unwearable). Tried to return them but six months later the shoes are returned to me because they were accepted at the return address.

This company is there purely to rip you off. The product I bought looked nothing like the images, the colours were different, and while advertised as 100% linen, they were 100% cotton (per the label). They force you to pay for the return shipping to china. Out of pocket, with nothing to show. A scam.

This is not a genuine Tom Hollinger site. As I read another review. I received nothing as advertised on the photo. I ordered large man's I got large boys. Cheap material logo was not Tom Hollinger. I got in contact with what's supposed to be customer service support. I did get a prompt response, asking me to send photos to help them understand a bit more what my query was. Sent a few days ago, and guess what no response probably because I asked for a refund. Avoid at all costs, annoyed with myself for getting caught. I'm sending there details onto Action for Fraud. It'll make me feel better at least

Absolute rubbish. Thought I was buying from a UK company and got flimsy trousers that would only fit a child and looked nothing like the pictures on the web. Returns are virtually impossible

Told item out for delivery but never arrived. I have raised polite and patient requests for investigations which just get standard responses saying "they are looking into it" I then asked for a refund. Last response was 1.7.2026 which said I would get full response within 48hrs...suprise suprise no response. Ive been requesting a refund for the missing items and now 2 weeks has passed so I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Complete radio silence so I expect this is actually a dodgy company.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive- clearly from China. Poor quality. Small fitting shoes.
