I made a mistake by picking the wrong colour in my sliders, I emailed them and the fixed the problem fast and sent me the right colour and there a perfect fit

Rubbish Chinese clothes and a company masquerading as something high end. Took weeks to arrive. I am not accusing this company of financial fraud as I have no proof, however a Visa card used for this purchase (which I have only had for a few months) was compromised resulting in attempted fraudulent use yesterday, ~3 weeks after this purchase. It would be interesting to know if others have experienced the same following purchase from this company.

The customer service for this company in my experience has been terrible, you only get answers to them from a bot which does not address issues. Received an incorrect size garment 3 months ago and despite providing the returns tracking details on the item no refund has been processed, will never use them again.

Chinesium rubbish! DO NOT BUY. WAY OVER PRICED FOR TEMU ITEMS. ABSOLUTELY SHAMBLES OF A RESELLER.
