This company will go up and above the others. I showed them images off a 5# that was cut either in distribution or while shipping. However within a week they fixed the issue and sent out a new bag. It's companies like this that really appreciate their customers and handle their claims. 5 star

I have been purchasing from Tobacco Stock for several years, and have always found them to be honest, efficient and reliable. This is the first time I had to contact them by email with a question/request. Again they responded quickly and my problem was solved and taken care of after a couple of emails over about an hour.

I’ve made 2 purchases and have received my orders within a week using the low cost shipping option. How can you complain? Good service, good products, I’m a regular customer from here on in. Thanks.
