Zippo Crackle 1941
Purchased 2 units of Zippo Crackle 1941. The service has been great, questions answered within 2 days and dispatching is fast. Could not give 5 stars because i am disappointed upon receiving a regular inserts which are not the for replica's 1941. They told me their inserts are all the same.

Calvin, we're very happy that you had a positive experience with our service, but do regret any misrepresentation of a product—never intentional but mistakes happen and we would like them as close to 0 as possible—or if we may have mistakenly shipped the wrong insert. Please feel free if you haven't already to reach out and perhaps we can find a solution.
