I changed my carrier to AT&T, plaid my bill before I could get a release on my phone, they tried to collect $560 dollars, and put me under collection, this is a European Company, they are.here to steal from American. Beware about their tricks.

T mobile provides Internet speeds and latency I haven't seen since the 90s. Any attempt to call their outsourced call center results in wasted time for you and empty promises or lies by their "agents". Good luck. Look at a screenshot of my speeds.

My son turned 18 and had been working to save his money for a Iphone upgrade. After looking all around to find a Iphone 14 pro max we could only find one in stock at T Mobile. On October 3rd, 2023 we made a web order for an Iphone 14 pro max, They ran my credit, I signed a EIP agreement, (which is attached to this complaint), upon reviewing they needed a bigger payment from me I put my debit card in and card was charged for $812.99 Next day I called T mobile to confirm, no one could help or even find out whats going on, waited a couple days nothing, money still on hold on card no phone. I called again still no help or anyone that could even figure anything out, maybe NPC I dont know why I got the run around so bad. Got this lady Axel on line she sends me into a store even though I do not have a car to fill out form which later found out was a lie. In store at 106 Hancock Bridge Pkwy in Cape Coral Florida, and wow again they activated acount on October 6th and as of this morning October 10th, 2023 still no phone, no money, my money is still on hold on my card I cannot dispute it because of that. I get no help with anyone on phone or in person, I just want money back on card As you see I attached the payments and being on hold to this complaint too. I am afraid I have been scammed and my son paid all that money for them to rob him cause They will not cancel everyone says they do not have access and that has to be a lie. Please help me with getting this resolved. Thank You I will never do business with these people

Please listen to me when I say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is horrible, charged for services that weren’t received. Customer Service gives you a run around and they DO NOT care about their customers. The employees in the stores are not familiar with the companies policies and are very rude. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

What made my experience great about T-mobile, is the satisfying ways the company brings til today, like internet, phone service and text messaging. The company is doing well, by the service it provides through out.

This company is a 100% loser from inept customer service to overcharging for services I didn’t sign up for. I would never recommend them to anyone. You get what you pay for. Just terrible! My blood pressure goes haywire just thinking about customer service.

In februari betaalde ik voor thuisinternet, mobiele telefoon en simkaart (iPhone 14 pro) Hij stuurde de telefoon niet op, annuleerde mijn registratie. En hebben nog steeds mijn geld niet teruggestort. Ik heb vele malen gebeld maar hij stort mijn geld niet terug.

One star is being generous. The company shows no care for customers. No signal in my area as the overloaded the tower. Talked to ten customer service representatives up to the CEOs office and they absolutely don’t care.
