I had a great experience. My first name came back negative right away. The TMExpress team was timely with notification, took the time to explain the reasons. It took us a few more weeks to have another name ready for review. During that time, TMExpress reached out on more than one occasion reminding me that I still could use them at no cost for a new name. The second name came back with some potential issues. Again, incredibly patient, took time to go through reasons, gave me two attorneys I could talk with about the issue at no cost. I took them up on the offer. The attorney was excellent and spent the time on more than one call working through whether we should use the name. TMExpress even offered at no cost to provide ideas for the name. Excellent experience.
