Big scam!!!! Do not order from this company. I never received my order and they also lied about sending me a refund I never had. AVOID!!!

As a tattooist myself, and lots of customers asking about the product, i thought id try it. Followed instructions to a T, and was completely numb... for all of about 15 minutes. Honestly, dont waste your money :)

Delivered late and then ignore customers! Pointless having an email contact as they don’t ever get back to you. Will never use again.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. i ordered a 5 pack on the 30th of March, money taken from my account, no email of conformation and no other details.. ive have since filled out 6 different forms of contact on the website and sent over 12 emails to both email address!!! NO RESPONCE!! I'm sick of this now so im going to my bank and filing a fraud claim against you.. DO NOT order from this company the customer service is disgusting, they just scam money off you and never send any products out. EDIT:: MAY 15TH I contacted my bank for a refund... after 45 days of NOT hearing from tktx.. the bank refunded me.. shows you DO NOT reply to any emails 👍🏼

I am only giving them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!! Placed an order and didn't receive any confirmation or order number, the money had gone from my account and after sending 5+ emails to them they didn't even reply once! I ordered the exact same product from a different, more reliable source for cheaper and that arrived 2 days later. I asked TKTX to cancel my order and refund my money to which they have totally ignored me and haven't replied to me at all. I never leave reviews but, I feel like I have to , to try and stop this happening to anybody else. I get that it's only £20 but, that isn't the point here. Worst company ever and even worse customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Placed an order, they took money and gave me an order number and has since failed to supply the goods or reply to 6 emails to make contact! Avoid this company at all costs!
