Please ASAP contact us at [email protected] Hi Nicole, You are talking about 5-7days of shipping, we do not have that. We also do not have a chat bot. Are you sure you did order on www.tktx.co? All other websites are fake.. If you have ordered somewhere else you might have been scammed. Forward the order email to [email protected] so we can show it to our lawyer, there are many fake websites. Please ask for a refund with your bank and buy only from www.tktx.co and make sure to move this review to the fake website as this is hurting our business (the official one)

Hi Charlotte! We don't sell 80% gold, that one's are fake.. Original gold is 38%. Did you order on www.tktx.co ? Please check our website, that is the only original cream. Please file a claim and ask for a refund on the other website you have bought and order from us. And could you please check the review? As this is not about the correct website, you are helping other dodgy websites by lowering our score. Let us know if we can assist you EDIT: Charlotte, you have declined our request to share your order details, is the reason because you did not order on www.tktx.co? After we told you that we dont sell 80% gold you also removed it from the review and your profile is full with only 1-star reviews. Your statements are false and damaging to our reputation and constitute defamation and slander under applicable law. We will pursue legal action.
