inconsistent quality??
We ordered 100 tubes of tktx gold. The first 50 tubes worked great, totally numb after an hour or so under plastic. Using for injections so it is very important for my son's health. Now we are on the second half of the order and it seems that it is not working sometimes at all. We are trying to mix from different tubes in case there are just some tubes that aren't full strength. Very strange and very disappointing and upsetting. We don't know quite what to do, find a different numbing cream??

We also advised you ask for a refund and you replied "the first time i ordered there it was ok but not now, I didnt know it was a different website" Can you please move your review to the other website you bought, we do not offert that low quality creams and you order is damaging our reputation.
