The place is nice, Alisha was very professional and happy to help

I use this location as a mail service for my business and I’m always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service from the office manager Nezli. Quality customer Care is rare nowadays, so it’s an extreme pleasure to see/experience it.

We just moved in and very happy about all services provided by TKO suites team. Staff location and service are all good.

I’ve had a great experience with Anytime Mailbox – TKO Arlington 2. They have been very helpful and reliable when it comes to handling my mail, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. A special thank you to the lady at the front desk. She is always friendly, professional, and helpful, and she makes the whole process easy and pleasant. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend TKO Arlington 2 to anyone looking for a dependable mailbox service and great customer support!

The sales staff was friendly and professional.

Everyone is great to work with!

I have several issues & seems that it’s always an excuse. However, my rent is paid on time every month. But I can’t never get any resolution to my issues. I have called Amanda several times only to receive a recording saying Voicemail is full. Seems like it’s only about the monies nothing else matters. Building maintenance is horrible. Things should have been corrected prior to renting space to new comers. Clearly shows no walk thru’s are done after move out or move ins. Just shampoo carpet & move in…. I’m irritated…
