Hi, I’m Dr. Steve, and I’m not just a personal trainer; I’m someone who has walked the path of transformation. For much of my life, I struggled with being overweight. I remember feeling frustrated and defeated, watching others effortlessly enjoy activities that I found challenging. It wasn’t just about the number on the scale; it was about how I felt in my own skin.Determined to make a change, I delved into the science of fitness and nutrition. I learned how the body works, how different foods fuel us, and the importance of structured training programs. I experimented with various approaches, tracking my progress meticulously. After only 6 months, I was able to lose 60lbs and built a strong, healthy body. This journey wasn’t just about physical change; it transformed my mindset. I discovered the power of discipline, the importance of setting realistic goals, and the joy that comes from achieving them. I became passionate about helping others find their own path to wellness. Now, as a certified personal trainer, I want to share the knowledge and experience I've gained, which is why I've built TITAN FORGE.
