Good communication. Originally thought item would be delayed, but received on time. Reasonably priced and good quality of grad flag. I would use Tippytoad again!

Bailey was amazing! There was an unavoidable manufacturing delay on my order and she assured me that it would be here in time for our party! They overnighted them to me at no extra charge to make sure they were here in time and they arrived perfectly! Very impressed with their customer service!

That means many more orders. Unfortunately, it seems nobody wants to come back to work. :-( Our current processing time for new orders is 15 business days.
