The product is just what we needed to create a more open space on our new deck. It pairs so well with the black fan. Our architect was quite impressed with the quick response and drawings, specific to our deck, that allowed him to verify sizes with the engineer. He will absolutely recommend Timberplates to his clients. We had trouble with shipping but that is on UPS. Laurel could NOT have been more attentive, responding after hours on a holiday weekend, trying to track down our packages.
