Adam - Thanks for checking out the lock. Sorry to hear the size and level of security don’t suit your needs. We hope the return process is easy for you. Size: The locking area of the TiGr mini is similar to conventional “mini” u-locks. We include the dimensions in the product description. However, sometimes the only way to know if it will work for a particular use-case is to give it a try. If it doesn’t work for you, please send it back. We’re happy to process returns/refunds and try to make the process as easy as possible. Security: TiGr locks have proven to provide effective bicycle security since 2011. The level of security is appropriate for longer stops in low to moderate risk situations and shorter stops in higher risk situations. TiGr Locks are not appropriate for extended use in high-risk situations. We'd recommend ART Level 3 (ART***) or higher rated locks for higher security needs, especially when weight is not an issue. Of course, all locks can be defeated by a determined criminal with the right tools, know-how and opportunity.
