Excellent transaction, no problems!

Great product, great customer support.

I bought a 2-pack TiGr BLUE mini Keyed Alike Pair last year. Really wonderful product - I love the look, the lightness, the shared keys, and the simple lock mechanism. Recently, someone attempted to cut one of the locks to steal my bike. While they dented the bike, I was so happy and relieved that the TiGr lock held strong and prevented the bike thief from stealing my bike. However, the incident also slightly damaged the lock shackle. When I contacted the team, Jim and John (the company principals/owners!) responded right away and sent me a replacement shackle at no cost, which I received shortly after. To be honest, I find it touching that in 2022 there are small family-owned and -operated businesses like TiGr that manage to both make cutting-edge products and provide excellent customer service. I'd recommend TiGr to anyone who loves bikes and biking!

I refunded one lock with no problem, ordered the Tigr Blue instead, when it was a bit rattly on the frame I had a good email exchange with a member of the team and we were able to remedy my issue. I think they should remove the old titanium lock from their website in favour of the improved Tigr Blue steel lock, since it's not much cheaper. I suspect it remains there to avoid customers that bought the old one from getting upset and perhaps they have some stock to clear, but I wouldn't buy one and wouldn't recommend the non blue steel versions. Great locks though, great company.

Light in weight… heavy in duty!

Super Lightweight and works great. Only complaint is the lock holder doesn't work with a standard bottle cage. I feel like they could have changed the shape of the lock to accommodate the bottom of the bottle that obstructs it on a standard bike setup. That or design the holder to raise the lock up.
