Suppor is very top! Fast, clear and very gentle!!

I recently had a technical issue with a Thrive Theme plugin. The problem was identified and resolved very quickly. The problem was a conflict with another plugin non Thrive Theme related. Thrive Themes have a great technical department which is both staff and process driven. The staff are extremely knowledgable and customer service focused. Their process of allowing access to the Wordpresses back is simple, quick and easy. A big thank you to Bel who resolved my technical issue so quickly and efficiently.

Just another money hungry product aimed at beginners. They refuse to provide support for something that is 100% their fault and only happens with their plug-in after spending approximately $300 with them. Do not recommend. It is easy to use, escpecially for a quick landing page, you can whip one up in less than an hour!. But I'm not paying for their support to fix their broken product. It's always something with this plug-in, I've tried to use it many times since I purchased it in 2020, but they don't care about their customers and would rather lose a web-designer and his customers than fix their broken product.

I've had an ongoing issue in not being able to use my editor plugin on my website. Thrive has gone out of its way through 2 fantastic representatives who went above and beyond in helping identify and then resolve the issue over a few weeks. I am very impressed by the level of professionalism of Bel and Rizwan have shown and so appreciative of their care in checking and rechecking that my problem was solved. Thanks!
