great products, I am extremely happy with the outcome of the products, the logo and the entire process

The customer service (especially Molly) is top-notch. The only improvement I see would be the turn around time. This is the triple the time I have have waited for customer shirts compared to other vendors.

Everyone on the customer service team at Threadfellows was very knowledgeable and responsive and kept working with me until we got it just right! :)

I ordered a few items for my husbands birthday and my package got lost at UPS which made it delayed. When I contacted Threadfellows about the situation with no hesitation they sent me a new package and expedited the shipping so it would make it to me in time! Their customer service is 10/10 and the items I ordered are perfect!

The company said my logo on the blazer was too big and would be overlapped. They changed to just the circle icon of the logo which is fine. But I just got the jacket... the logo is off centered and is way too big. Ruined the whole blazer. Additionally, looking at it, I'm not sure why the regular logo wouldnt fit if they made the icon so huge... not happy about a wasted (expensive) jacket. The rest of the items came out fine though.

There was a printing error on all of the jackets in our order. Threadfellows was great and replaced the jackets, but some of the replacement jackets had the same flaw. Customer service was great! I am just really sad about the replacement order having issues.

Beautiful product and stitching! Very happy with our jackets.
