Our milk has been delivered by Thomson Dairies for the last 2 years and we are more than happy with the quality of the milk and the overall service we have received from the company. We moved to milk delivery as a more environmentally friendly way to source our milk. We love the options they have available and get our milk delivered twice a week. We have never seen our delivery driver but our wee Christmas cards each year are a lovely touch! Contacting the company has been really easy to make any changes to our order and update when we are going on holiday, Tracy has been really helpful and always gets back to us right away to confirm any updates which has been great as sometimes these are last minute but every request has been accommodated. I always promote Thomson’s to friends and family to try and get them to convert to delivery to help the environment, the overall convenience and the excellent customer service.
