Milk delivered on time twice weekly great service and offers additional goodies if needed

Excellent customer service, staff always pleasant and helpful

Milk is generally on my doorstep when I get up, around 6am, although on Tuesday morning there was no milk. Contacted the office, they offered to have the driver drop off tonight (Wednesday), all contact is very polite and professional, and offering to go out of way to rectify situation. Fortunately I had enough milk to last until my next scheduled delivery.

We had a few little teething problems with deliveries but Nicola was so helpful and very quick to respond. Everything is working as it should now. Great customer service

My request was dealt with in a timely manner by a friendly member of staff.
