Customer service is non existent - save yourself the bother and do not set up a direct debit with this lot. I phoned to cancel my orders when they randomly applied a delivery charge (no communication to say this would be added). I was told someone would call me back in an hour. Three hours later no call back; I emailed so they'd have it in writing that I wanted to cancel my future orders - so they added £25 to my final payment, which should have been less than £4. Avoid!

Had to cancel urgently and sent an email. Tracy McKay got back to me immediately and cancelled my order. Very good service!

One of the few dairies that works quickly and cares about the customer. Milk is always fresh, I recommend organic milk and eggs. The taste from my childhood is very natural. Very friendly and professional customer service!
