I had a few months of milk deliveries from Thomson Dairies back in 2020. They had so many technical issues with their website I swapped to another dairy. I just received an 'outstanding balance' that required urgent action claiming that I was owed them money (£6.66) and if I didn't respond they would take legal action. This was a 'technical issue' with payment that they caused at their end and I paid by 2 days later, in March 2020. Just off the phone to them - the urgent demand for payment was a mistake! They are beyond incompetent. Anyone else getting an 'outstanding balance' 'urgent action required' letter. Just check your bank history and don't be concerned by the tone of the letter.

I called to cancel my weekly delivery whilst on holiday. Nicola was friendly and helpful and made the changes very quickly

Nicola was really helpful in allowing me to cancel my deliveries as it was over the 28 days and I couldn’t do it on the site.

It is so much better to be a treated with respect and understanding and not just a number. A quick call to the team at Thomson Dairies, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your help Tracy.

Always had great service from Thomsons - great products. Easy to rearrange deliveries make changes etc -. Staff are very prompt at answering any quieres and also very friendly - just like to mention one by name Tracy who is always there to help
