Issues with deliveries, no reply to emails. Milk going sour after 1 day, wrong flavour of milkshakes being delivered, promised a credit, it didn’t happen, now being overcharged again for deliveries we didn’t even receive. Getting really frustrated with them now.

It was great the delivery was here by 1:30am

I cancelled my milk by email. There was no acknowledgment. I phoned but there is no answerphone. I rang again and paid off the balance-£4.09 . Charged £4.60 for admin. Then got email from Credit Control saying I owed £35.90 Contacted dairy by phone to be told it was a ‘crossover’ and a rather casual’ sorry’ . No ‘thank you for your custom- hope to see you again!’ Delivery was excellent. Customer Service , Credit Control and out of office messaging needs work.

We have been getting milk and yoghurt delivered for the past 18 months. Unfortunately we keep getting milk that goes off after a day. This has happened before and they guaranteed us that it wouldn’t happen again. All is well (apart from sour milk) until you decide to cancel. It has taken numerous calls where we got “cancellation department not in until 11:00” “cancellation department not open today” etc etc. it has taken weeks to cancel this and I’m still not confident that they have cancelled this. When trying to cancel you get rough abusive discussion where they try everything to stop you from cancelling. Please think carefully before going here as you will find it difficult to back out when you get old milk
