Asked for cancellation of one delivery at short notice and Nicola was extremely helpful

The customer service is excellent and very efficient. The level of service from Thompson dairies is second to none. It is always a great pleasure to deal with them.

We love having the milk delivered to our door. Nicola has been very helpful when I wanted to change my order.

I had no luck getting through on the phone so I tried emailing. I got a reply by return and Nicola seemed only too happy to help. I would email again, although ony time I have got onybody on the phone they have been friendly and helpful.
