I never expected a rep to respond to my email request and recognize my situation

We sent a customer service assistance and Ian responded to our request So fast and completely took care of our need. He had glasses shipped immediately. It's rare to find that level of responsiveness these days when it seems like you can never find a "live" customer service person to help in many companies. Thanks Ian and Thinoptics for the service. I have been using ThinOptics readers for several years and keep them 3 pairs spread out throughout the house. I recently ordered a new pair which arrived damaged and one of the "arms" fell off. I sent an email to this effect to their support team and received an email an hour or so later saying a new pair is being prepared for shipment at no cost. Impressive!!!!

We had a problem with a pair of glasses and they sent out replacements Multiple times to get it right. Very impressive and the customer service was outstanding. Especially Ian !!! He was relentless in resolving our problems.

Customer Care is fantastic -- efficient and very supportive. If there is any doubt in quality (or why something is not working as designed) they immediately replace the product at no charge. TWO Thumbs way up!

My experience to have a replacement pair of readers sent to me was so very easy. Rhea on the phone was very helpful in changing my shipment address and strength of readers. I just wish the readers would last a bit longer, this pair lasted almost a year before the middle/nose piece came apart. But still love the product.

Wow amazing amazing , I think I made a mistake on my order , but Ian is sending me a correction ie case I misunderstood the description , but the glasses are first class and now I can read my newspaper in bed without pain behind my ears , thankyou sooooo much
